Thanks for this info. We hired a locally based “IT Firm” that wanted to charge us over 200 dollars to do this for us, that why I started searching google fo a better answer and found this. Thanks again, you just saved me $200!!

Sachin: if you send emails and you are on social networks it is a great way to get connections that you may have otherwise not gotten.

Kristin – sorry for the late reply. Busy week and no time to check my comments (shame on me, I know). I have never used Lotus Notes so I’m not sure if there is a way to do it. But if you can hyperlink a picture in the program then you should be able to use it without a problem.
