Tweetminer is a new Twitter client / application that brings so many great features from other independent applications into one web-based software.
Highlights as to why I like TweetMiner so much:
- Ability to pull through specific Twitter user streams so I can more easily stay on top of their tweets
- With one click I can schedule a RT (retweet) of a specific user’s tweet (or even instantaneously)
- Allows me to maintain presence on Twitter throughout the day by sending quality tweets but not a mass amount of them in a short period of time
- Pulling through my RSS feeds (instead of using Google reader) and being able to easily review the article and then either tweet it instantly or add it to my schedule
- Keeps my “favorite” list within easy reach so I can stay in contact
Watch the video to see just how easy it is to use this client as well as a more complete overview of the features I listed above.
Honestly, I’ve tried so many different Twitter applications and this is by far the best one I have found for both personal and business use. If you are a Virtual Assistant managing your clients’ accounts you owe it to both yourself and your client to check it out.
If you are currently using TweetMiner what features do you like best about it?

I’ve been trying out Tweet Miner. There is a lot to like here. The feeds and searches are nice added features.
Mark´s last blog ..Does Your Biz Have a Social Media Hub?
Mark – I had played around with it a few weeks ago but after Tommy showing me more features this past week I absolutely fell in love with it. Although their demo video is nice I def didn’t realize it did all it did until Tommy showed me, which is why I created the video to go along with this post.
As you keep trying it let me know what features you like best!
Michelle
I’ve been using TweetMiner for some time now. The best feature: Outstanding support by Justin who is also fully receptive to ideas / suggestions / bug reports.
Darcy – I agree – Justin is so accessible and open to ideas….superb customer service! I should have put that on my highlight list!

Thanks for the great information Michelle. I have watched the video and have signed up for an account. Now, I’m just waiting for my confirming email.
This tool seems much more efficient than SocialOomph! I will test it out for myself and then maybe start using it for some of my client’s accounts.

Janet – it will def make handling your client accounts so much easier as well as your own account! Let me know what your favorite features are and if you need any help with it, let me know…not that I’m an expert by any means but I’ve put several hours into it over the last week so I’m very comfy with it!

The only thing I would love to see them add, it more of a group where I can see all the people’s tweets that I am watching at one time, instead of having to click from person to person. While I see the value in both!
Other than that it looks really cool
I will have to try it out
Dawn´s last blog ..Utilizing Social Media Part 3
Dawn – agree that groups would be nice to see….suggest it – who knows…they may implement it. I suggested having ability to sort my peeps alphabetically and he (Justin) wrote back super fast and asked what I thought about drop & drag. He’s so open to ideas and so responsive….and that should be on my highlights list!
tweetminer will not let me sign up. keeps saying enter valid user name. i used my twitter name.
Kim – did you sign up for an account? I’ve been using it a few weeks now and don’t remember how I needed to log in – if you can’t figure it out tweet the developer @JustinVincent – he is super responsive!
