Turn any image into a clickable link in under five minutes

Ever get newsletters or see blog posts that have images embedded in them and when you click on them they head over to a website?

It’s actually quite easy and you can do this yourself to any photo in under five minutes.

Forgive me as this is my first recorded video with CamStudio.

Click here for the code you will need to create your own clickable link (this will open up a .txt document). Save this in your desired location for easy retrieval later.

Remember: your desired photo has to be hosted somewhere (in WordPress, etc). and you will need the precise URL location of that photo.

If your photo is too big and you want to shrink it down I highly suggest Picnik a free photo service that will allow you to shrink your picture (use the “Resize” option) to your desired dimensions.

See how easy that was?
