Virtual Assistant Rates

Your Virtual Assistant couldn’t exist without you! It’s a total joy doing something that I love — and freeing up your time so you can focus on what YOU love.

The more you use me, the more rewarding it is.

If you know you need my services for the same consistent work on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly) you will benefit most by having a contract with me. And if your needs are more sporadic, that’s okay. You can still work with me. I offer three options and pricing levels.

Contract: Commit to 10 hours or more per month: $40/hr billed in 15 minute increments
Project basis: $48/hr
Rush jobs: $55/hr

All project basis and rush jobs start with a one-hour minimum and is billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

Scheduling has it’s advantages.

It means I can reserve the time for you, and ensure that your project is a top priority. Even a few days can make a difference. A week or more is ideal.

Emergencies happen. Call me.

One of the perks of having a Virtual Assistant is that you can turn to me when you are in a pinch. I’m happy to help. The rate for this premium service is $55.00 an hour, with a one-hour minimum.

Prompt Response. I promise. (In 24 hours or less for non-emergencies)

Whether you contact me via email, voicemail or Skype you will hear back from me by the next business day. I’m usually not available on weekends.
