I think selling realestate using social media is a tremendous idea. I don’t know if the time has come yet where it can be really successful but, once it reaches more people, I think it’s great!

Vern – I have a client who was using TweetAdder when I took over his social media management. Personally, I dislike the software and have strong feelings against targeting Twitter profiles based on keywords, etc. because I feel that Twitter “marketing” is still based on the age old premise of relationship building.

Hi Michelle, nice blog! Try using Tweetadder. You can target users via geographic location and keywords in their profile. If you haven’t used it, it may help you to start building a list of targeted prospects! Best of luck!

Michelle, sounds like you are doing a FSBO (for sale by owner) there’s always a learning curve but you seem to be a quick learner and these types of seller get rewarded meeting their goal. I’m a New York realtor and have sold all my properties in the past few years using social media and a few online marketing techniques. I wish you well!
