Thank you for responding. I did discover that Outlook 2003 does not have the capability to insert images into an email signature.
I did create the signature in Outlook 2007, then cut and pasted the file into Outlook 2003 and it worked for a few days, but was flaky and eventually stopped working altogether. Cheers!

These instructions are brilliant – i especially appreciate the referral to iconepedia for the required icons.
Only problem is that I cannot see anywhere where is says “Insert picture” not is there anything to click to insert a hyperlink, not even the little infinity-looking icon. i am using Outlook 2003. Might that be my problem?

Kelly – sorry for the delayed response. I haven’t been out here in a few weeks as I’m moving from WI to FL and it’s been keeping me busy.

What version of Outlook are you using? Is the blue line still there?

That idea would probably work as well – though in the US we’d probably have to disclose it’s an affiliate link.

Thats a cool tip and I’m sure it would dramatically increase the number of followers you have in your twitter account…internet marketers could also apply this technique to a number of other tasks such as adding dynamic affiliate links in emails. Thanks for sharing this info!

I’m getting a blue line at the bottom of the email signature below the images. Just wondering if you have any ideas about how to remove that?
